Inspova (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a personal wardrobe management iOS app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Inspova app and website.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve the service:

Account & Profile Data

Wardrobe & Clothing Data

  • ·Photos of clothing items you upload
  • ·Clothing metadata such as categories, colors, and brands

Usage & Analytics

How We Use Your Information

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption both in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase's cloud infrastructure for database storage and authentication. Access to your wardrobe data is restricted to your authenticated account. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Inspova:

Supabase

Authentication and database storage. Your account data and wardrobe information are stored securely on Supabase servers.

RevenueCat

Subscription management. Handles payment processing for Pro subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not directly store your payment information.

AI Services

Used for auto-tagging clothing items and powering smart search. Clothing images may be sent to AI APIs for processing. Images are not retained by these services beyond the processing request.

Apple

App distribution via the App Store and payment processing for subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase.

Camera & Photo Library Access

Inspova requests access to your device camera and photo library to let you photograph and upload clothing items. Photos are used solely to build your personal wardrobe within the app and to power AI features like auto-tagging. You can revoke camera or photo library permissions at any time through your iOS Settings.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all associated data including your profile information, clothing photos, wardrobe metadata, and outfit combinations. This action is irreversible. You may also contact us at gsdando4@gmail.com to request account deletion.

Children's Privacy

Inspova is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Inspova after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
